At LollicupStore, we strive to ensure our restaurant supplies and beverage ingredients meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our customer service team directly.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals on food and beverage products remain intact to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
